Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) can identify anomalies, or soil disturbances, in the sub surface ground. It can also tell us the depth and approximate size of the anomaly. It does not tell us what has caused the anomaly or what is present. In many cases, the reason for the anomaly or disturbance in the sub surface soil can only be determined by carefully digging down to the depth indicated. Experience and training with GPR, helps us to separate suspicious anomalies from non suspicious or explainable anomalies.
